Discover our yoga retreat from July 09 to July 14, 2023, designed to calm your mind and revitalize your body. 

In the heart of the Sologne forest , surrounded by nature and close to the magnificent Châteaux of the Loire , you will stay in a magnificent and peaceful residence . 

Enjoy a calm and green environment, conducive to relaxation and reconnection with yourself.

Our program includes a harmonious combination of wellness practices such as yoga , Qi Gong, Gong Bath and healthy cooking workshop . 

For six days, release your physical and mental tensions through yoga and Qi Gong sessions. Let yourself be enveloped by the soothing vibrations of Gong Bath for deep relaxation and inner healing. Finally, discover the benefits of a conscious diet during our cooking workshops.

Our activities also include meditation sessions  and moments of relaxation in the surrounding nature.

You will be free to choose the activities that suit you best, without any obligation.

Prices vary depending on the type of room, ranging from €1490 per person in a duo room, €1590 in a shared room to €1890 in a single room, all inclusive.

During this yoga retreat, you will benefit from:

– Accommodation in one of our 7 luxurious rooms in duo (couple), shared or single (private for one person) according to your choice

– 2 daily sessions of yoga and qi gong to release blockages, harmonize your energy and increase your vitality.

– 3 sound journeys with gongs to plunge you into deep and regenerating relaxation.

– Station/Oranga transfer from and to Vierzon station is included

All classes are held in english and french

COMING TO ORANGA

Arrival by car (Put Oranga Prunier en Sologne on your GPS) :

– If you are leaving from Paris, take the A10. Oranga is at 2h15

– If you are leaving from Tours, take the A85. Oranga is 1h away

– If you are leaving from Orléans, take the D2020. Oranga is 1h away

Arrival by train:

– Transfer to/from Vierzon train station is included.

– Take the train from Paris Austerlitz station at 2:39 p.m. towards Vierzon, arrival at 4:15 p.m. (duration 1 hour 36 minutes).

– To return, take the 3:41 p.m. train towards Vierzon, arriving in Paris Austerlitz at 5:23 p.m. (duration: 1 hour 42 minutes).

– This transfer will be done in groups. All people taking the train must arrive at the same station at the same time and leave Oranga at the same time.

Please note that the practice of Gong baths is not recommended if you are:

– Pregnant less than 4 months or more than 8 months

– Carrier of a pacemaker

– Suffering from epileptic disorders
