Day 1- Thursday

Arrival from 4:00 p.m.

5 p.m.: Discovery of the place, the sequoias, the permaculture garden, installation in your room

6 p.m.: Opening circle, conscious breathing exercises and Gong Bath

7:30 p.m.: Healthy and vegetarian family dinner and sharing and discovery of everyone

Day 2 - Friday

7:30 a.m.: Herbal tea and small self-service snack

8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.: Yoga and Qi Gong energy routine

10:00 a.m.: Breakfast

10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Free time (sound massage, forest hike, rest, castle visits, etc.)

1:00 p.m.: Healthy and vegetarian lunch

2:00 p.m.: Free time (sound massage, hike in the forest, rest, etc.)

6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Yin Yoga and meditation session

7:30 p.m.: Healthy and vegetarian dinner

Day 3 - Saturday

7:30 a.m.: Herbal tea and small self-service snack

8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.: Yoga and Qi Gong energy routine

10:00 a.m.: Breakfast

10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Ayurvedic cooking workshop

1:00 p.m.: Healthy and vegetarian lunch

2:00 p.m.: Free time (sound massage, forest hike, rest, castle visits, etc.)

12 p.m.: Mantra chanting and closing circle
